Exhibit floor logistics

Move-in scheduling, dock coordination, floor plan management, and exhibitor communications. Trident interfaces with the general service contractor on your behalf.

Booth setup & teardown

Trident manages booth assembly, graphics installation, furniture placement, and teardown — with pre-event inspection against exhibitor specs.

Materials receiving & delivery

All advance shipments received, logged, and delivered to floor during move-in. Trident tracks every shipment from receipt to booth placement.

Exhibitor services coordination

Electrical ordering, cleaning, internet, AV, and rigging — Trident coordinates all exhibitor services with the convention hall to eliminate exhibitor-side paperwork.

Lead retrieval

Trident can source and deploy lead retrieval equipment for exhibitors — badge scanners, mobile apps, and CRM export formats.

Teardown & return shipping

Booth disassembly, consolidation, and outbound carrier coordination. Trident ensures no materials are left on the floor after move-out deadline.

Which convention centers does Trident work at regularly?

RSCC (Reno-Sparks), LVCC (Las Vegas), Moscone (San Francisco), SDCC (San Diego), and LACC (Los Angeles) are the primary halls. All other markets managed on a per-event basis.

Does Trident work as the general service contractor?

Trident manages trade show logistics as the event DMC — coordinating with the designated GSC (Freeman, GES, Shepard, etc.) on your behalf. Trident is not a GSC.

Can Trident manage exhibitor services for the whole show?

Yes. Trident can serve as the exhibitor services coordinator — managing electrical, cleaning, internet, and AV orders for all exhibitors under one point of contact.

Trade show management at RSCC, LVCC, Moscone, and West Coast convention halls.

Trade show management is logistics-intensive in ways most planners underestimate until move-in day. Dock scheduling, freight elevator priority, GSC (general service contractor) coordination, exhibitor move-in sequencing, booth setup oversight, and load-out management all happen simultaneously across a convention floor with dozens of competing vendors. Trident manages this operational layer so exhibitors and event teams aren't running their own logistics.

At the Reno-Sparks Convention Center — 600,000 sq ft of single-level space with no freight elevators — trade show logistics are uniquely efficient. No multi-floor coordination, no elevator bottlenecks, no freight staging conflicts between floors. Trident manages RSCC trade shows as the primary convention hall for Reno-based programs. For Las Vegas programs, Trident coordinates at LVCC; for San Francisco, at Moscone; and at SDCC and LACC for Southern California events.

Services include pre-show planning (move-in schedule, vendor coordination list, exhibitor communication), on-site management (dock supervision, booth setup oversight, exhibitor services), and post-show execution (move-out scheduling, lead retrieval, return freight). All coordinated through Trident's single event manager — one contact, not one per vendor.
