Return shipping

Post-event consolidation and outbound shipment coordination. Trident packs, labels, and coordinates carrier pickup for all return materials.

Damage & claims

Trident documents all damage on receipt and at delivery. Carrier claims filed on behalf of clients. Full chain-of-custody documentation throughout.

Does Trident have warehouse facilities in both markets?

Primary warehouse is in Reno, NV. For other markets, Trident coordinates with vetted local partners and maintains the same inventory management standards.

How far in advance can materials be shipped to Trident?

Materials can arrive up to 60 days before the event. Storage within a 30-day window is included in all standard programs.

Can Trident coordinate freight shipments directly with carriers?

Yes. Trident manages carrier coordination, BOL preparation, and pickup scheduling. Clients provide materials — Trident handles the logistics.

Every shipment is documented with photographic inventory upon receipt. Trident provides a real-time inventory report before departure to venue, confirming everything that left the warehouse is accounted for and in condition. Return freight is staged and shipped within 24 hours of event close.
