How far in advance does Trident need to staff events?

Standard programs require 2–4 weeks. Large conventions (50+ staff) require 6–8 weeks. Last-minute requests handled case by case.

Does Trident handle union labor requirements?

Yes. Trident manages union compliance at venues with collective bargaining agreements — call times, break schedules, overtime, and jurisdictional requirements.

Are Trident staff pre-briefed on the event?

Yes. Every Trident staffer receives a written briefing document covering event schedule, role responsibilities, escalation contacts, and venue layout before their shift.

How Trident staffs corporate events and conventions.

Most event staffing failures happen before the event starts — staff who arrive without a briefing document, don't know the escalation chain, or weren't told the room flip schedule. Trident treats staffing as a logistics function, not a labor dispatch. Every role is assigned, every shift is documented, and every staffer receives a written brief before they arrive on-site.

For large conventions at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center, the Monterey Conference Center, or other multi-hall venues, Trident manages staffing across all phases — pre-show setup, show days, and load-out. This includes managing union labor jurisdictions, staggered call times, and overtime tracking at venues with collective bargaining agreements.

Staffing is available as a standalone service or as part of a full convention services engagement that includes ship and store, contract negotiation, and event logistics under one contract. Trident provides a single staffing contact for the duration of the program — one person who knows the event, the venue, and the staff roster.
