Two markets.
One team.
Trident operates in Reno/Tahoe and Monterey/Pebble Beach — both convention-ready markets under a single point of contact. No hand-offs. No sub-contractors.
Two convention markets. One destination management company.
Trident Destination Group is a West Coast DMC operating in two primary markets: Reno/Tahoe, Nevada and Monterey/Carmel Valley, California. Both are established convention and incentive travel destinations with major meeting infrastructure, owned-fleet ground transportation, and Trident teams operating on the ground — not referred to regional partners.
Reno/Tahoe anchors the Northern Nevada convention market — the Reno-Sparks Convention Center is 600,000 sq ft of single-level space, and the region offers 15,000+ hotel rooms within 15 minutes of the airport. Lake Tahoe adds year-round resort programming — alpine skiing, lake experiences, and Forbes-rated properties — for incentive programs that need more than a ballroom.
Monterey covers the Central Coast — the Portola Hotel and Monterey Conference Center complex handles up to 1,000 attendees, while Carmel Valley Ranch and Bernardus Lodge anchor the executive retreat and boutique incentive market. Trident manages incentive travel planning, championship golf programming at Pebble Beach-area courses, and full convention logistics from any of the three regional airports (MRY, SJC, SFO).
