Site inspections.
In-person. Detailed. Reno/Tahoe & Monterey.
Trident conducts in-person venue assessments across Reno/Tahoe and Monterey — delivering written reports that cover every dimension a meeting planner needs before committing to a contract.
Site inspection deliverables — what Trident covers and how it is reported.
A site inspection is only useful if it produces actionable intelligence. Trident conducts in-person venue walkthroughs at Reno/Tahoe and Monterey properties and delivers a written report within 72 hours covering: capacity against the program's actual room configuration (not theoretical maximums), AV infrastructure and third-party AV compatibility, loading dock access and freight logistics, F&B service points and catering kitchen capacity, breakout room adjacency and noise isolation, accessibility compliance, and hotel room block quality relative to the meeting space.
For multi-property programs, Trident conducts comparative inspections across candidate venues and delivers a side-by-side recommendation with a clear rationale. The goal is not to validate a pre-selected venue — it's to surface constraints that affect program execution before they become on-site problems.
Site inspections are included at no additional cost for contracted Trident programs in Reno/Tahoe and Monterey. For properties outside the primary markets, inspections are scoped and priced per engagement. Trident does not conduct inspections on behalf of programs it will not manage — the inspection is tied to program accountability.
